What we collect
Account information. Your email address and authentication details when you create an account, including sign-in through Apple or Google.
Your business context. What you tell Paydirt about what you sell, the territories you search, your ideal customer profiles, and your pipeline activity (accounts, stages, notes, follow-up dates).
Voice recordings. When you use voice features, your recording is transcribed to text to power the feature. We retain the transcript as part of your account data; audio is not kept after transcription.
Usage and device data. Standard logs (app version, device type, timestamps, feature usage) used to operate and improve the service.
Payment status. Subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Stripe (web). We receive subscription status, never your full card number.
What we do with it
Run the product: build your customer profile, search territories, score prospects, generate briefs and drafts, and maintain your pipeline.
Improve scoring for you: feedback you give (thumbs, won and lost outcomes) tunes your own results.
Send you the things you ask for: reports, drafts delivered to your inbox, plan emails you direct us to send, and billing receipts.
Operate, secure, and support the service.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to advertise to you, and we never contact your prospects. Outreach is always sent by you, from your own email account.
Prospect data
Prospect information shown in Paydirt (business listings, websites, review counts, publicly listed contacts) is gathered from publicly available sources by Fathom’s collection engine at your direction, for your sales use. You are responsible for using it in compliance with applicable laws in your region, including outreach and telemarketing rules.
Who we share with
Service providers that help us run Paydirt: cloud hosting, database infrastructure, AI processing, transactional email delivery, and payment processing (Apple and Stripe). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function and is bound by its own confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your rights
Access and export. Ask us for a copy of your data at any time.
Deletion. Delete your account from the app’s settings or by emailing us; we delete your account data within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal or billing purposes.
Correction. You can edit your profile, profiles, and pipeline data directly in the product.
California residents have the rights described under the CCPA, and EU and UK residents the rights described under the GDPR, including the rights above and the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped so only your account can read your data, and we retain your information only as long as your account exists plus the deletion window above.
Children
Paydirt is for working professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.
