Terms of Service

Last updated July 5, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Fathom AI Technologies LLC (“Fathom”). By using Paydirt you accept them.

The service

Paydirt is an AI prospecting tool for sales professionals. It researches territories and businesses from publicly available information, scores prospects, and generates briefs, drafts, and reports to support your selling. Output is AI-generated assistance, not a guarantee: verify important facts before you rely on them, and use your own judgment with customers.

Your account and conduct

• You must be 18 or older and provide accurate account information. Keep your credentials secure; activity under your account is your responsibility.
• Use Paydirt only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your outreach (including email, telemarketing, and data-protection rules in your region).
• No abuse: don’t attempt to reverse engineer the service, overload it, resell access, scrape it, or use it to build a competing dataset.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paydirt offers a free tier and paid monthly subscriptions. Prices are shown before you buy.
• Purchases on iOS are billed through your Apple account and renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store subscription settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Web purchases are billed by Stripe and can be cancelled any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law or the app store’s own policies, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.

Your data, our service

You own your pipeline data and the business context you give Paydirt. You grant us the license needed to operate the service on it (see the Privacy Policy). We own the service, its software, models’ configurations, branding, and everything in it that isn’t yours.

Disclaimers and liability

Paydirt is provided “as is.” Public information changes constantly; we do not warrant that prospect data, scores, or contact details are accurate, current, or complete, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fathom’s total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You can stop using Paydirt and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you in the app or by email; continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: support@fathom-ai.net.
