On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Paydirt, Cancel. On the web: sign in, open Subscribe, and choose Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings, Delete account. Or email us from your account address and we’ll handle it. Account data is deleted within 30 days.
Where does prospect data come from?
Publicly available information gathered by Fathom’s collection engine at your direction: business listings, websites, and public records. Verify key details before you rely on them.
Does Paydirt contact my prospects?
Never. Paydirt drafts, you send. Every email leaves from your own address, on your say-so.
A dig failed or results look wrong.
Run the dig again first; territory sweeps depend on live public sources. If it persists, email us with the territory and time and we’ll dig into it.
